46-47 South Mall for John Cleary Developments

Screwpiles were employed to underpin buildings adjoining a confined city centre site where a single storey basement was being constructed for the new commercial development at Crane Lane/South Mall. Piles were placed at 1m centers to cater for loads of 80-110 Kn/m run.

Underpinning in Coosan Athlone

Helical piles and cuchulainn brackets were used to partially underpin a house in Athlone showing some substantial settlement of a failed raft. Work took two days to complete.
